- 1 small Marrow - enough for 4 portions
- 1 x 130g tin Tuna - in spring water
- 1 tin chopped Tomato
- 1 medium onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- Chopped Thyme
- Chopped Parsley
- Chopped Dill
- 3 tablespoons good Olive Oil
- 1 cub light beer - Peroni is good
- 2 tablespoons Flour, Plain
- 25 grams Butter - unsalted
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- Salt and Pepper
