- 2 chicken breasts (feel free to add more) there’s lots of sauce!
- 2 tbsp flour mixed with with 1 tbsp paprika and salt & pepper
- 50g (2 oz) butter
- 1 tsp thyme and oregano
- Fresh basil
- 100g (4 oz) Sundried tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsp tomato paste or pesto
- 200ml (7 fl oz) chicken stock
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 50ml (1.7 fl oz) double cream
