• 1 dozen of large eggs
• 3 slices of bacon
• 6 tablespoons of regular or canola mayonaise
• 3 tablespoons of sour cream
• 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
• 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
• 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup of tomato finely chopped
• 1/4 cup of baby arugula thinly sliced
