• 3/4 lb ground beef
• 3/4 lb ground pork
• 1 cup panko bread crumbs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 onion (minced)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil
• 3-5 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
• salt (pepper (to taste))
• 1-2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (basil, chopped)
