  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sojee (semolina flour)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ tin condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon elaichi powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground almonds
  • Pinch of saffron
