• 1 1/2 cups white sugar
• 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
• 1 cup unsatled butter, softened
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk (Vitamin D)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup strawberries, pureed & divided
• 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced (for decoration & in between layers)
• - FOR ICING -
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 (8 ounce) package of full fat cream cheese, softened
• 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• - FOR WHIPPED CREAM -
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
