Ingredients

• 100g cream of maize (must be fine- recipe does NOT work with regular mielie meal)
• 100g flour
• 85g water
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 pinches crushed jeera(secret ingredient! They call it cumin)
