Mary’s Best Pizza Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
• ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
• ¼ cup tomato paste
• ¼ up tomato puree
• ¼ cup crushed San Marzano or plum tomatoes
• ¾ cup water
• 1 teaspoon fresh chopped basil or ½ teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano or ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
