Cheesecake ice cream with liquorice stripes - Pandalicorice
Home made cheesecake ice cream is paired with liquorice sauce, fresh berries and crushed biscuits. A great dessert!
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 200 g natural cream cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 dl powdered sugar
- 1 big tin of double cream (3,33 dl)
- about 1 dl of liquorice sauce (please see recipe for liquorice sauce)
- 200 g of fresh berries, e.g., highbush blueberries orraspberries
- 6 oat biscuits
