• 300 gm Tuna fish (tinned, with tomato sauce)
• 1/2 no Carrot (grated)
• 1 no Onion (finely chopped, medium)
• 1/2 inch Ginger (chopped)
• 2 nos Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala powder (powder 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon, and 3 cardamon and a few perumjeerakam)
• Coriander leaves (A few)
