Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Butterball Easy Fresh bone-in turkey thighs (deboned, and diced)
• 4 large tortillas
• ½ cup bell pepper, diced
• ½ cup white onion, diced
• 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
• 4 cups smoked Havarti, grated
• *Optional: 4 slices Butterball Original Bacon Style Turkey
• ½ cup diced tomato
• ⅓ cup white onion, diced fine
• 1½ Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
• Salt and pepper
• ½ cup guacamole
• ½ cup sour cream
