Delicious Red Wine Mojito - Fireside Winery
This delicious mixed drink uses our Matchbox red wine and brings together flavors of sweetness, spice and mint. Enjoy this recipe with friends and family or on your own!
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Matchbox wine
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce mint simple syrup
- Ginger ale
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add wine, juices and syrup to the shaker.
- Shake well.
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Strain mixture into the wine glass.
- Top mixture with desired amount of ginger ale.
- Enjoy!
