• Smoked paprika 2 tsp.
• Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup, grated.
• Fresh parsley 3 tbsp, chopped.
• All-purpose flour 1 cup.
• Eggs, beaten 2 .
• Milk or water 1 tbsp, to beat with eggs.
• Panko breadcrumbs 2 cups.
• Parmesan cheese 1/4 cups, grated.
• Parsley, dried 2 tsp.
• Garlic powder 1 tsp.
• Onion powder 1 tsp.
• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup.
• Dijon mustard 2 tbsp.
• Grainy mustard 1 tbsp.
• Maple syrup 3 tbsp.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Mozzarella cheese 8 oz, cubed.
• Parmesan cheese, grated to garnish.
• Fresh parsley, chopped to garnish.
