Ingredients

• 2 cups finely ground vanilla wafer crumbs (most of an 11-ounce box of cookies)
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1 cup powdered sugar plus more for rolling
• 1/4 cup extra dark cocoa powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee granules
• 3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
• 6 tablespoons (or a bit more) bourbon
