Saucy Chicken recipe by Salmah Dendar

Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken(cut in pieces)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon tomato puree
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoon mayonaise
• 1 tablespoon red ginger masala
• 1 teaspoon green chillies
• 1 heaped teaspoon Garlic
• Add Fine chillies if not strong enough
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• ½ teaspoon garlic and herb spice
• ½ teaspoon Cajun spice
• 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/jeeru (cumin)
• ½ teaspoon Peri Peri spice
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• Add some ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot, add the chicken and cook till done💋❤❤❤
