Homemade Ranch Dip or Dressing – Cooking Aboard with Jill

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 tbsp champagne or white vinegar (I recommend white balsamic that is slightly sweeter)
• 2 cloves garlic, coarse chop
• 6 tbsp chopped fresh chives (or 4 tablespoons dry)
• 6 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 3 tablespoons dry)
• 4 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 2 tablespoons dry)
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp ground pepper
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Pinch of cayenne pepper, to taste
