These Crinkled Chocolate Chip Cookies require time + patience. But, they are so crispy + chewy + absolutely delicious, they are worth the effort.
Ingredients
- 2 C unbleached cake flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 C cultured butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C dark brown sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 T vanilla bean paste
- 6 oz dark chocolate chips (I used 63% cacao)
