Ingredients

• 8 lamb chops, each 1-1/2 " thick or small lamb roast
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 to 2 jalapenos, minced
• 3 tablespoons chopped mint
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• Freshly ground pepper
• 1/4 cup maple syrup or pancake syrup
