• 1 cup of almond milk
• 1/2 cup of canola oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups jumbo blueberries & more for topping
• 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of oats
• 1 tsp. of cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. of salt
• 1/2 stick of butter, melted
