I think these cookies started out as a NYC treat. I hope you all know of them too. This recipe was given to me by a woman I used to work with.
Ingredients

- 6 tablespoon(s) milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

- 2/3 cup(s) sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ## ICINGS
- 2 cup(s) plus 2 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
- 4 teaspoon(s) light corn syrup, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon(s) water (more if needed)
- 3 tablespoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
