- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, for seasoning
- 100ml White Wine
- 200ml Double Cream
- 2 sheets Puff Pastry, ready rolled
- Olive Oil & Flour, for dusting
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Milk
