Ingredients

• 1 lbs sliced sirloin steak
• 1 green pepper
• 1 white onion
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt & pepper
• 1 ball Local Ontario Mozzarella (for the inside)
• 1 cup Local Ontario Aged white cheddar and Chili Pepper Cheese (for the coating)
• Large tortilla
