• ¾ cup sliced almonds, divided
• ¼ cup Amoretti® Blanched Almond Flour
• 1½ tbsp all purpose flour
• ½ tsp orange zest
• ¼ tsp Amoretti® Orange Zest Oil Extract O.S.
• ¼ cup sugar
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2¼ tsp honey
• ¾ tsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar, Light
• 3 tbsp cream
• pinch salt
