• 1 cup zucchini
• 1 cup peppers
• 6 sun-dried tomatoes
• 5 picante peppers
• 1 tablespoon avocado oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
• 1 tablespoon agave
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
