Ingredients

• 250 g flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 2 level tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
• 30 g butter
• 150 ml milk
• Flour for rolling
• Milk for brushing
• Clotted cream
• Jam of your choice
