Whiskey; 3 oz Hiland Dairy Chocolate Milk; Fresh Ice for shaking and finishing; In a small sauce pot, bring the heavy whipping cream to a simmer.; Add in the chocolate chips, remove from the heat and blend well.; Once the ganache is slightly cooled, dip the rim of the glass in it.; In your mixing tin, start with fresh ice.
