• Yeast preparation
• Luke warm water ½ cup
• Sugar 1 table spoon
• Yeast 3 tea spoon
• Dough
• All purpose flour 3 cups
• Oil ¼ cup
• Caster sugar 1 table spoon
• Salt 1 tea spoon
• Water as needed
• Filling
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Garlic paste 1 table spoon
• Chilly sauce 2 tea spoon ( according to taste)
• Onion chopped ¾ cup
• Tomato and capsicum 1 cup of both ( ½ cup tomato , ½ cup capsicum)
• Soya sauce 3 tea spoon
• Red chilly powder ¾ tea spoon
• Black pepper ½ tea spoon
• Garlic chilly sauce 2 table spoon
• Chicken mince 1 + ¼ cup
• Beaten egg ( for egg wash)
