I made this recipe for Andrew and I today and it was delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes, 190 grams
- Juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Tajin
- 4 slices of 9 grain toast from Hof Kelsten, or your favorite toast
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Fleur de sel or any good salt, like Malden salt.
