Ingredients

• saute onions (white or red)then add sliced green and red bell peppers saute until they are soft to your taste .make ball of hamber and hand mold , a little on the thin side
• brown on both sides and then cook a little slower to get inside done to your liking.
• hamburger will have salt, pepper and garlic powder.
• the bunm is slightly warmed on top of the hamburger or can be toasted in the oven to a slight brown color.
• strongly suggest dome strong mustard or ketchup to taste.
• if desired a suggested cheese would be swiss which will be melted on top of hamburger.
