My family love Asian flavours, but we can't always buy the ingredients. Hoisin sauce is one of the most used ingredients, so I made my own.
Ingredients
- 8 Tbs soy sauce
- 4 Tbs peanut butter
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 4 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 tsp sesame seed oil
- 8 drops hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
