Ingredients

• 1 stick Kemps Butter (salted), room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups + 1 tbsp sugar (separated)
• 3 eggs
• 4 oz Kemps Sour Cream
• 1¾ cups flour
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp lemon juice or lemon extract
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract (separated)
• 16 oz Pint Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream
• 16 oz Strawberries, rinsed, hulled, & chopped
• Optional: strawberry ice cream topping
