• 1 cup Juanita’s Mexican Style Hominy or Juanita’s White Hominy, drained and lightly browned (Airfryer)
• 4 avocados
• 2 tomatoes, cubed
• 1 onion, chopped
• Salt (to taste)
• 1 cup cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 2 limes
• 2 pounds skirt steak
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 3 bolillos or teleras
• 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1/2 onion, sliced
• Oaxaca cheese, crumbled (to taste)
