- 3-4 lb SMCo Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 1/2 C Ketchup
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C BBQ Sauce (we like Sweet Baby Rays)
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T mustard (we use Dijon)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Sandwich Buns
- Onions, pickles or cole slaw for toppings (all optional)
