Nic's Black Bean & Sweet Potato Soup | Drew & Cole

Ingredients

• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2-3 celery sticks, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp cumin
• 2 medium carrots, sliced
• 2 small sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 red or yellow pepper, sliced
• 1 x 400g can black beans
• 500-800ml vegetable stock
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
