• 1/4 cup (60 ml) dark soy sauce
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) chinese cooking wine
• 3 tbsp(45 ml) rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken stock
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
• 1 tsp (5 ml) sesame oil
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) corn starch
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) cold water
• 6 green onions, sliced on the bias
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2” ginger, minced
• 10 arbol chilies, dried, cut in half
• 3 cups Basmati rice, prepare as directed
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) sesame seeds (optional)
