• 4 oz SHERRY, Preferably oloroso
• 1 tsp LEMON, zest
• 2 whole CINNAMON, sticks
• 1/2 cups BROWN SUGAR
• 1 whole ORANGE, Long peel studded with cloves
• 10-12 slice(s) APPLE, Fuji or honey crisp
• 1 tsp NUTMEG, Freshly grated
