• All-Purpose Flour (1 tablespoon)
• Whole Milk (2 cups)
• Salt (to taste)

• 60-Day Aged Gruyere (1/2 cup, grated)
• Yellow Cheddar (1/2 cup, grated)
• Sharp White Cheddar (1/2 cup, grated)
• Mozzarella (1/2 cup, shredded)
• American Cheese (1/4 cup, shredded)
• Stock Pot and Lid
• Strainer
