• 1 tablespoon red wine (nothing but the best)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup icing sugar

• 1 egg yolk
• 6 tablespoons flour
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
• Tiny pinch ground nutmeg
