  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ lemon, zest & juice
  • 2 x 225g cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
