Ingredients

• 5 ml Tomato Purée
• 100 ml Greek Yoghurt
• 1 piece Chicken Breast cut into small pieces
• 0.5 tsp Cardamom Pods lightly crushed
• 0.5 tsp Coriander Seeds ground
• 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds ground
• 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
• 0.5 tsp Chilli Powder
• 0.5 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tbsp Paprika
• Coriander fresh, roughly chopped
• 15 ml Olive Oil
• 0.5 piece Sweet Potato cut into small cubes
• 0.5 piece Onion sliced
• 100 g Broccoli
• Beef Tomato seeds and juice only
