Limoncello – Suisun Valley
Put the lemon peels (no white pith) in a large glass jar or bottle and soak them the pure grain alcohol. Yes, the very potent stuff. DON’T use vodka.
Ingredients
- 6 or 7 peels large organic lemons ((no pith))
- 1 quart pure grain alcohol ((Everclear will do just fine))
- 4 cups water
- 3 cups sugar ((more sugar if you like a sweeter Limoncello))
