Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 1/4 cups half and half
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup light vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• diced Granny Smith apples, about 1/3 cup for each pancake
