- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg separated
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Caramel Filling:
- 16 Caramels (I used Werther's)
- 3 tbsp. heavy cream
- Chocolate Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4-5 tbsp. heavy cream
