• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
