• 1/4 cup margarine, softened

• 1/2 cup shortening
• FILLING:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 pound German sausage-casings removed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 1 head cabbage, shredded (not diced or chopped!)
