- 8-10 medium cooking apples (slightly tart), sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice from 1/2 lemon or lime
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups honey
- *2 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled if too hard)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- **1 cup King Arthur Gluten Free Flour
- **1 cup almond flour/almond meal
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
