Ingredients

• 2 Glove Garlic
• 1 Red Pepper (Chopped )
• 1 pinch Black Pepper
• 1 pinch Chilli Flakes
• 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
• 500 grams Lean Round Steak Mince
• 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1 tin Kidney Beans (Drained and rinsed )
• 1 tin Corn (Drained and rinsed )
• 1 Lime
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 Onion (Finely diced )
• 1 tablespoon Paprika
• 3 Red Chillies (Deseeded and finely chopped )
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 handful SuperValu Fresh Corriander (Chopped )
• 500 grams Tomatoes
• 1 Yellow Pepper (Chopped )
