Chocolate Layer Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter (I used margarine)
• 3 cups light brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 tbsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 cup sifted cake flour
• 1-1/3 cup sour cream (or Tofutti brand for pareve)
• 1-1/2 cup hot coffee
