- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 big green pepper julienned
- Add in Cooked steak
- 2 tablespoons Apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
- 1 packet Tomato paste
- Add to steak with 1 cup water 💧
