- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons safflower oil (I used canola instead)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 4 ounces melted white chocolate
